My services include:

IV catheter placement whenever possible

Anesthetic sedation prior to euthanasia

A clay pawprint keepsake, if desired

Support from a highly qualified technician if needed

Notification of euthanasia to the referring veterinarian

Fee- $250 for in home euthanasia.
*Depending on your location, a $50-$75 travel fee may apply

Individual and group cremation available at an additional cost

Transitions was developed to provide caring and compassionate
euthanasia for pets in their own homes.  Unfortunately, as we all know,
euthanasia is a decision that many of us must make for our beloved pets.  I
have a commitment and desire to make the passing of each pet as peaceful as
possible.  My goal is to help each animal, and their families, through their
last transition in an environment that is safe, loving, and comfortable.
